The prime objective of Capital Care & Hotels is to provide high quality Business, Sales and Supported Training and Consultancy, together with financial services to the Care Homes and Hotel industries across England and Wales.

Capital Care & Hotels focuses its main activities on the sales and acquisitions of Care Homes of all sizes and specialities, to include Residential Care, EMI, Nursing and the very specialised Learning Disability sectors.

We also act as Agents in the sale and acquisitions of all types of Hotels across England and Wales, which include Guest Houses, Commercial and Conferencing Hotels, smaller family-run Hotels and the larger specialised Hotel and County House facilities.

Again we offer specialised finance and mortgage facilities with many bespoke packages to support our purchasers across both of these exciting, but sometimes complex business sectors. Our consultants not only arrange commercial mortgages, re-mortgages and long-term funding programmes, but are able to advise on CGT issues and Inheritance Tax planning.

About Us

Ian Mynott founded Capital Care & Hotels early in 2005 with an Office in Hove, East Sussex. This was followed by the opening of a second Office in Sittingbourne in Kent, in May 2006. Ian has spent all his working life involved as an agent in all aspects of property sales – residential, land, commercial and particularly business transfer, specialising in the more complex, but very interesting Care Home & Hotel business sectors.

The firm now has two offices, the head office being located in Sittingbourne, Kent and the other in Hove in Sussex. From these two strategically placed localities we are able to offer our services across the whole of Southern England.

Since our inception the Company has now grown to include  Janice Mynott, who heads up our training and business consultancy services. The team is further complemented by Gemma McNeill , PA and secretary who brings a wealth of administrative experience to our offices, together with Graham & Karen, who assist broadly across Care Homes & Hotels sales portfolios, training and consultancy and business administration .

We are the only agent in our sector of business who offer a wholly complete service to all our buyers and sellers. We do not see our relationships finish when the business has been purchased, indeed we will stay with you, keeping in touch and bringing you market news, changes in industry legislation and opportunities to acquire further businesses or provide the necessary information if you are looking to sell.
